Q. How long will it take my USB memory sticks to Arrive?

Q. What flash memory do you use in your USB memory sticks?
A. We use either Hynix or Samsung NAND Flash in our USB memory sticks.
Q. What controller do you use in your USB memory sticks?
A. We USE the SMI 324 controller in our USB memory sticks.
Q. How much data can your USB memory sticks hold?
A. Our USB memory sticks go all the way up to 16GB, that's a lot of data. A USB memory stick can hold approximately 250 MP3s per Gigabyte.
Q. How do I order my USB memory sticks?
A. Fill in a contact form and one of our sales people will be with you today.
Q. Do you format your USB memory sticks as local disks or as removable storage?
A. By default we format the USB memory sticks as local disks, however we can format the USB memory sticks as removable storage if requested.
Q. Can I put content onto the USB memory sticks?
A. Yes, we can do this for you; it's called a
data preload, send us the content and we can put it onto every USB memory stick you order (which will save you a lot of time if you're ordering 1000 USB memory sticks).
Q. Can I prevent my pre-loaded content being deleted?
A. Yes, we also offer this as a service; you can even partition the USB memory stick so they can use most of the USB memory stick without deleting the data preloaded by you.
Q. Can I get my content to come up automatically when someone plugs in their USB memory stick?
A. Yes you can, this is known as an AutoRun feature, you can even get your website to come up.
Q. How does the AutoRun function work?
A. An Autorun feature is controlled by a text file we save onto the flash drive, it runs using shell script.
Q. How long have you been supplying USB memory sticks?
A. We have been supplying USB memory sticks in bulk since 2003.
Q. What is the difference between an USB Flash Drive, a USB Pen Drive, a USB Memory Stick, a USB Memory Key and a USB Stick.
A. These are all different names for the same thing, there are many others too.
Q. What is the unit of power?
A. Watt is the unit of power.
Q. What makes your company better than the competition?
A. We have full control over our supply chain and therefore pick the best components to go into our products; many of our competition are simply middle men who may use multiple suppliers so the quality you get from them is frankly a lottery.
Q. What are WEEE regulations?
A. WEEE stands for Waist Electronic and Electrical Equipment. The regulations state that all electronic products need to have the crossed out wheelie bin logo on them to stop them being thrown away with common household waste. You will therefore see these on our USB memory sticks.
